Annual Members' Meeting – Tuesday 11th May 2021 at 7.00pm by Zoom
I trust you are well. Given the current Coronavirus restrictions, once again we will be holding our Annual Members’ Meeting by ZOOM.
Although this may not suit everyone, we will take written questions in advance as well as from those able to join the meeting in person. We will be recording the event and making it available on our YouTube channel.

For those who are not used to ZOOM it is video conferencing, thankfully it is straightforward - you just need access to a computer, tablet or smartphone. On the day you click on the link you will be provided with and then one more click to 'join the meeting ' and hey presto you’re in!
Member interest
You will recall that we decided to defer the interest payment for 2019. It is with great pleasure that we can announce that we will be presenting to the meeting the decision to make a consolidated interest payment of 3% to be paid to shareholders in May this year. This payment incorporates the deferred interest payment of 1% for 2019 and 2% for 2020 as outlined at last year’s meeting in line with our business plan.
